Matthew is the founder and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of That's Us Technologies, Inc. With a background stemming from other successful telecommunications and IT businesses, Matthew founded That’s Us Technologies in 2003 to service the growing online consignment and e-Commerce industries; eventually stemming three divisions that provide software as a service to the Automotive, Retail and Real Estate marketplaces. Matthew is serious about technology and has a unique approach to teambuilding and design. In 1997, Matthew founded CLEC Strategies in Tampa, FL, which continues today as a successful business-to-business consulting firm in the telecom arena. Matthew has been involved in many new ventures over the last 15 years and sits on the board of directors of several other successful technology companies including SOEsoftware.com. Michael started his first company in 1981 at age 22, an electrical safety testing and consulting laboratory. Grew it to a multi million dollar enterprise and successfully sold it in 1996. Founded Hatch Lighting in 1985 (hatchlighting.com) and remains it's CEO today. Hatch Lighting designs, manufactures and sells its products worldwide and is number one in north america in it's main field of expertise. Michael invests in and sits on the board of numerous technology companies.

Michael previously served as the CFO of Zavata, Inc. and IMRGlobal, Inc. While with these two companies, Michael led IMRGlobal through a successful $49 million Initial Public Offering, was the senior financial officer for 14 acquisitions in 6 countries, and was the senior financial officer in selling these companies for a combined $420 million. In both cases, Michael was a key team member in turning these companies from significant losses to record profits. Michael also has significant expertise in SEC filings and preparing audited financial statements. Michael is a graduate of the University of West Florida and is a Florida CPA.

Mr. Hankie serves as a technology advisor to the CEO and President, Matthew Brown. Mr. Hankie brings several years of back-end experience and is well versed in PHP. Often regarded as his highest quality, Mr. Hankie never leaves his DNS unflushed.

Mr. McMullen retired as President/CEO of Florida Bank of Tampa in 1999, after spending thirty two years in high profile positions in the banking industry in Tampa. During the past 8 years, he has been active in advising firms regarding mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financing & restructuring activities. McMullen remains active on the Board of Directors of Merchants Association of Florida, Inc where he currently serves as Treasurer, Executive Committee member, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He's also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Florida Aquarium Foundation, Inc., Managing Member/Director for Atlanta Eurocars, LLC (d/b/a Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta) where he put together an investor group to acquire the dealership, and Managing Member/Director of Central Virginia Eurocars, LLC (d/b/a Mercedes-Benz & Volvo of Fredericksburg, Virginia). McMullen previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for IOWORLD Media Corporation, Powercerv Corporation and Insurance Management Solutions Group, Inc. McMullen received both his BS & MBA from Florida State University. Mullen's social activities include Golden Triangle Association, Inc, Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, University Club of Tampa, Tampa Yacht & Country Club and Rotary Club of Tampa.

As Executive Assistant since 2005, Patty supports President and CEO, Matthew A. Brown and CFO, Michael J. Dean in day to day business and accounting functions of That's Us Technologies and its subsidiaries as well as administers Human Resource policies and procedures for all staff members. Patty has an Administrative background of 15+ years and an HR background of 7 years with a 2 year stint as a software trainer of Microsoft Office products. Patty is closely engaged with all members of management of That's Us Technologies as well as with the Board of Directors of That's Us Technologies.

Cari assists in administrative and accounting tasks with That's Us Technologies.

Chris comes to the team from Audio Ease Inc where he owned and operated a high-end Audio/Video business for 10 years. Chris has achieved a proven success record since his graduation from the University of South Florida. Chris brings a lifetime love and knowledge of emerging technologies to the That's Us team.

An accomplished sales professional with over 17 years experience in sales and sales management. Andrew's proven experience meeting sales goals and revenue projections is an asset to operations. A diverse background in technology sales, including communication technology, Internet marketing, and SaaS. A graduate of University of Central Florida and a Marine Corps veteran, he provides leadership and a get-it-done attitude. Hobbies include basket weaving, sweater knitting, traveling, rock-climbing and sky-diving.

Ron has over 7 years of sales experience in products ranging from magazines to automobiles. Ron is committed to meeting customer needs as well as meeting sales goals.

Stephen started his career with interests in computer graphics and advertising but then switched gears when discovering his talent for sales. He now has several years of sales & customer service.

Matt is an accomplished Internet Technologies Director with a proven track record in web based application development. Matt provides direction and leadership to the IT development teams responsible for programming and enhancing That's Us's line of software products and IT systems. He achieves success in meeting business objectives through research and development of advanced internet initiatives. Part of the That's Us Technologies' family since 2006, Naso adds Application Developer and Technology Consulting, specializing in the fields of Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization.

Chris has over 16 years of professional web development and system architect experience in everything from content management to custom application development in various languages and technologies. Chris prefers open source software tools and solutions, to which he often contributes as not only a developer but team leader. Chris has been with That's Us Technologies for close to 4 years. Prior to joining That's Us Technologies, he spent a few years as an independent consultant building e-commerce and other web applications for companies like Apple, Hewlett Packard among others.

As Software Engineer for That's Us, Clinton's responsibilities include daily maintenance, configuration, repairing and extending of existing software when needed, executing and monitoring maintenance scripts to keep software tuned and updated, and overseeing server performance. Clinton has played a big role in That's Us Technologies' creation of new software tools and products and has been a driving force behind the family of That's Us products.

Dan uses his years of experience in web programming to enhance and maintain projects with That's Us. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University. Leveraging his expertise with the PHP, Javascript and Java languages, Dan ensures that our software provides a great customer experience. Before joining That's Us, Dan taught high school Computer Science in St. Petersburg, FL.

Wes comes to us with over 7 years of development experience. He's proficient in a variety of programming languages including PHP, Visual Basic, Perl, Java (Applet Applications and Android Mobile Apps) and Javascript (Including Frameworks such as jQuery and Prototype). Wes is also leading the way on our Social Media Initiative with explorations into the Facebook API, Twitter API, FBML/FBQL and Facebook's Javascript SDK.

Sam brings his experience as a software developer to Thats Us Technologies, helping to improve the stability, performance, and security of all company software. Sam is passionate about building robust products that deliver a great user experience while still providing behind-the-scenes security.

Robert has taken many brands and products to the next level of marketing with his wide range of multimedia skills. He is classically trained in web, print and interactive design as well as video editing and 3D animation. On his never-ending quest for knowledge, he has gained many acknowledgements such as the Richard S. Caliguiri Renaissance Award of his graduating class (awarded for the excellence in leadership and perseverance), as well as acquired the Brainbench.com Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Certification. Working on his own software development, Robert has had many Widgets and Icon Sets that he developed, crack the Top 10 on Apple's Download Site as well as his products have been selected as Apple Staff Favorites.

Steven supports LotVantage, EstateVantage, AuctionSound and That's Us' clients with web design, graphic design, print media and social media marketing. Prior to joining That's Us Steven worked as a Marketing Assistant for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He is set to graduate from the University of South Florida in the Spring of 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Brett has been with the company since 2004 and has been an intricate part of every subsidiary of That's Us. He works remotely from New York City as the Product Developer, Support Manager and Sales for AuctionSound. Brett spearheads new ideas and processes for automation in support, software usability and improves customer satisfaction for AuctionSound. He is AuctionSound’s spokesperson at conferences as well as trained eBay drop-off stores live across the country. Brett assisted in the creation of the support division for LotVantage and EstateVantage prior to switching to a full-time focus on AuctionSound.

After serving as a Support Representative for LotVantage for almost 2 years, Rebecca has branched off into the EstateVantage software as Lead Support and Product Development. Her job includes assisting clients on a daily basis with software training, troubleshooting and account configuration. On the Product Development side, she collaborates with all departments to take new ideas and turn them into exciting new software enhancements and features as well as setting requirements and monitoring the projects from start to finish.

Ethan serves as the Technical Support Manager for That's Us including the Lotvantage and EstateVantage software brands. His background includes ISP support, IT bench repair and network support.

Waldo's background includes The Department of Commerce, Bureau of The Census as an automation manager in a Local Census Office as well as an internal help desk support at Verizon Data Services where he gained his software support experience. Waldo serves as a support representative for LotVantage assisting clients with an introduction to the software, software troubleshooting and account configuration.

Ian serves as software support with LotVantage assisting clients with introduction to software, software troubleshooting and account configuration. He has a total of five years customer service experience and holds a BFA in Media Arts & Animation.

Carol brings over 8 years of successful property management to That’s Us Technologies and is a confident decision maker with proven team building and problem solving skills. Her ability to affect an immediate and positive impact on customer retention, develop marketing programs, improve the quality of operations as well as bottom line profits makes her an excellent addition to the team! Carol currently volunteers for various non-profit organizations and in the past also served as Chairperson for the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee where in 2009 she was named both Ambassador of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Carol has also been actively involved with the Tampa Bay Relocation Council, IREM and Sandler Sales Institute as well as previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Apartment Association for 5 years.

Modesto came to That’sUs with over 13 years of sales and sales management experience. His positive attitude and constant brain storming make him a great asset to That’sUs. He is a devoted father of four who’s hobbies include fishing, sports and online gaming.

Phil joined That's Us as the Director of Creative Sales and Marketing in January 2012. A graduate from Miami University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis, Phil's special interest areas include Mathematics and Organizational Behavior Management. Prior to joining That's Us, Phil worked as a Java developer and also worked with SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, and email campaigns. For the past 10 years Phil has been active in the community as a lacrosse coach, he is a board member of a nonprofit, and participates in various other volunteer efforts in the community. Phil also plays piano, cooks, and works out to unwind. He also likes puppy dogs and long walks on the beach.

Dustin is an accomplished sales professional with over 6 years of experience in sales and sales management. His proven track record of meeting sales goals continues to drive him to assist in the successful growth of That’s Us Technologies. Dustin brings a solid background in telecommunications and internet marketing which has allowed him to carry on his career path at That’s Us. A Marine Corps veteran, some of Dustin’s hobbies include golfing, traveling, and the beach.

Scott comes to That's Us with over 10 years of experience in IT and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology specializing in Internet Security. With expertise ranging from datacenter infrastructure, network management, database administration and all sides of the software development and implementation lifecycle, he is hands on with anything technology related that comes his way. He is a ghostbuster on weekends.

As of August 2011 Rick has joined That’s Us as an Independent Consultant. His professional background includes Publisher of Scrip Magazine and Senior VP of Moore Epstein Moore Advertising in Tampa Bay. Prior to this he was Senior VP/Managing Director of The Martin Agency and President/CEO of The Dixon Group in Virginia Beach, VA and Miami, FL. Mr. Dixon also held Senior/VP and management positions with Cunard Line, Ltd., New York, NY and Southampton, UK., and VP/Management Supervisor of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, New York. Mr. Dixon has served on numerous Board of Directors including the Virginia Philharmonic, the Virginia Opera Association, and various capacities with AAF (American Advertising Federation), including President and Third District Governor. He also served on the 4 A’s Public Service Board of Directors in addition to being Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Review Committee for the Chamber of Commerce, to name a few. Dixon has received numerous awards for advertising, marketing & public relations including Advertising Person of the Year and also received significant recognition for his pro bono and charity work and assisted many startup companies.Dixon is also a FAA licensed pilot.

John joined That’s Us in August 2011 and brings over six years of customer support experience in the facilities management and telecommunications fields. John has a B.A. in Geography with a minor in Computer Science from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. His interests include coaching football and jiu-jitsu.

Jessica, a participant in the University of South Florida's Pre-law program, also studied for 2 years at the University of Tampa after receiving her AA degree with honors. She has worked as an event planner and spokes-model for automotive companies throughout the country. Her solid customer service skills and college level computer training provided her with the knowledge and experience to become a part of the LotVantage Support team at That's Us Technologies.

Since Ben graduated from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, he's been developing feature rich front and back end web applications using his knowledge of PHP, C# ASP.NET, and Javascript. After moving to Florida, Ben joined That's Us Technologies in December 2011. Ben diligently maintains and adds features to various products including ActionSound.
