

Matthew currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of That's Us Technologies, Inc. With a background stemming from other successful telecommunications and IT businesses, Matthew founded Online Sales Strategies, Inc. of Florida in 2003 to service the growing online consignment and e-Commerce industries, before changing its name to That's Us Technologies, Inc. in 2009 to better clarify its prospective pathway. In 1997, Matthew founded CLEC Strategies in Tampa, FL, which continues today as a successful business-to-business consulting firm in the telecom arena. Matthew has been involved in many new ventures over the last 12 years and sits on the board of directors of several successful companies that were launched in the dot.com explosion.

Currently CEO, President and Founder of SOE Software Corporation as of 2003. Since joining SOE Fratello has grown the organization from two employees and one customer to thirty “A” player employees and over two hundred customers increasing revenues by fifty percent and doubling profits year after year. Prior to SOE Fratello founded PowerCerv Corporation in 1992 which he took public in 1996 raising $52,000,000 in an oversubscribed offering. PowerCerv was the first ERP software vendor to integrate front and back office automation applications, and competed with companies such as Baan, Oracle and SAP. Before selling the company in 2003, Fratello received accolades from Inc Magazine for 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year for Florida and from Deloitte and Touche for being the Second Fastest Growing Company on the west coast of Florida over a five year period. PowerCerv is still in business today and profitable (under a different name). Previous to PowerCerv, Fratello was Director of Marketing at Unisys Corporation, a multi billion dollar producer of mainframe computer systems. Fratello spent 10 years with Unisys. Fratello received his BS in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College in 1978. Later he attended Wharton School University of Pennsylvania where he received his MBA in 1991.

Mr. McMullen retired as President/CEO of Florida Bank of Tampa in 1999, after spending thirty two years in high profile positions in the banking industry in Tampa. During the past 8 years, he has been active in advising firms regarding mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financing & restructuring activities. McMullen remains active on the Board of Directors of Merchants Association of Florida, Inc where he currently serves as Treasurer, Executive Committee member, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He’s also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Florida Aquarium Foundation, Inc., Managing Member/Director for Atlanta Eurocars, LLC (d/b/a Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta) where he put together an investor group to acquire the dealership, and Managing Member/Director of Central Virginia Eurocars, LLC (d/b/a Mercedes-Benz & Volvo of Fredericksburg, Virginia). McMullen previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for IOWORLD Media Corporation, Powercerv Corporation and Insurance Management Solutions Group, Inc. McMullen received both his BS & MBA from Florida State University. Mullen’s social activities include Golden Triangle Association, Inc, Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, University Club of Tampa, Tampa Yacht & Country Club and Rotary Club of Tampa.

Michael previously served as the CFO of Zavata, Inc. and IMRGlobal, Inc. While with these two companies, Michael led IMRGlobal through a successful $49 million Initial Public Offering, was the senior financial officer for 14 acquisitions in 6 countries, and was the senior financial officer in selling these companies for a combined $420 million. In both cases, Michael was a key team member in turning these companies from significant losses to record profits. Michael also has significant expertise in SEC filings and preparing audited financial statements. Michael is a graduate of the University of West Florida, is a Florida CPA and serves on the Board of Directors of Florida Hospice of the Suncoast.

As Executive Assistant for more than 2 years, Patty supports President and CEO, Matthew A. Brown and CFO, Michael J. Dean in day to day business and accounting functions of That's Us Technologies and its subsidiaries as well as administers Human Resource policies and procedures for all staff members. Patty has an Administrative background of 15+ years and an HR background of 7 years with a 2 year stint as a software trainer of Microsoft Office products. Patty is closely engaged with all members of management of That's Us Technologies as well as with the Board of Directors of That's Us Technologies.

As the Business Development Coordinator, Armando is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining new business partnerships to further extend the reach of the organization. As new partnerships and opportunities present themselves Armando takes a hands-on approach to coordinating materials, writing, ensuring accuracy, and tracking and developing best practices.

Matt is an accomplished Internet Technologies Director with a proven track record in web based application development. Matt provides direction and leadership to the IT development teams responsible for programming and enhancing That's Us’s line of software products and IT systems. He achieves success in meeting business objectives through research and development of advanced internet initiatives. Part of the That's Us Technologies' family for the past 3 years, Naso adds Application Developer and Technology Consulting, specializing in the fields of Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization.

Cheriana is responsible for creative direction in the “That’s Us” family of brands. She also advises clients on web site design, SEO, marketing, development and implementation. Managing That’s Us brands, internal and external projects from start to finish including assessing a company's needs, generating a strategy, collaborating with a team of software developers, producing design collateral, tracking latest trends and emerging technologies and maintaining customer relations are daily responsibilities. Cheriana is a graduate of the University of Tampa and brings to the table an extensive knowledge of design principles, print production, search engine optimization, website usability, and implementation of front-end coding standards.

Brett has been with the company for over 6 years, seeing it through a number of strategic transitions to what is now That's Us Technologies International, Inc. As Lead Software Support for AuctionSound, Brett troubleshoots operational difficulties for several hundred clients both domestically and internationally through phone, email, instant messaging, LiveHelp, Skype and Forums. Additionally, Brett assists the IT Department in AuctionSound software and support on a daily basis.

As Software Engineer for AuctionSound, Clinton's responsibilities include daily maintenance, configuration, repairing and extending of existing software when needed, executing and monitoring maintenance scripts to keep software tuned and updated, and overseeing server performance. Clinton has played a big role in That's Us Technologies' creation of new software tools and products and has been a driving force behind the launch of Lot Vantage.

Chris has over 8 years of professional web development experience in everything from content management to custom application development in various languages and technologies and prefers open source software tools and solutions, to which he often contributes. Chris has been with That's Us Technologies for close to 2 years. Prior to joining That's Us Technologies, he spent a few years as an independent contractor, as well as a few years building e-commerce and other web applications contracted for companies like Apple and HP.

Dan joined That's Us Technologies with a background in computer programming languages to manage the daily maintenance of the AuctionSound software. Utilizing PHP and Javascript languages, Dan makes improvements to the software's usability and functionality to ensure a better customer experience.

Rebecca has over three years of experience in the technical support and customer service field. She serves as lead support for Lotvantage, assisting clients on a daily basis with introduction to the software, software troubleshooting, and account configuration.

Steven supports AuctionSound, Lotvantage, and That'sUsTech.com's clients with web design, print media and social media marketing. Steven's graduation from the University of South Florida is anticipated in the fall of 2010 with a Bachelor's in Marketing.

An accomplished sales professional with over 15 years experience in sales and sales management. Andrew’s proven experience meeting sales goals and revenue projections is an asset to operations. A diverse background in technology sales, including communication technology, Internet marketing, and SaaS. A graduate of University of Central Florida and a Marine Corps veteran, he provides leaderships and a get-it-done attitude. Hobbies include traveling, rock-climbing and sky-diving.

Awarded the title of "Youngest General Manger" in the company's 100 year history, Chris achieved a proven success record in his five year career with Centrex Homes. He later became owner and president of Audio Ease, specializing in high-end audio, video and automation solutions for the commercial and estate home industries. A graduate of The University of South Florida, Chris brings a lifetime love and knowledge of emerging technologies to the That's Us team as a LotVantage Sales representative.
